About Us

NJ Thunder Basketball provides youth in the central New Jersey area with elite basketball training and travel team experiences that prepare them for the rigors of high school basketball and beyond, while influencing and inspiring their successes as student-athletes.

At NJ Thunder we focus on disciplined, organized basketball. We want to prepare our kids for high school varsity basketball at minimum. We execute the same offensive and defensive systems at every level and every team. So as kids grow within the Thunder program, they’re skills grow within the system. At the same time, all players basketball IQ, conditioning and basketball skills improve simultaneously.

Thunder Basketball is devoted to the development of youth basketball players both physically and mentally. Helping young athletes develop a strong work ethic, peak physical condition, and proper technique.

TOP STAFF

NJ Thunder Basketball has an elite coaching staff. Our coaches have experience playing on the collegiate and/or professional level, which makes them competent and knowledgeable about how to play the game.

DEVELOPMENT

Our core program curriculum is taught at each level and age, players have one uniform approach to the game. This allows them to reach their maximum potential as they build on their development each year they play with NJ Thunder.
